In her current position as Instructional Technology Specialist, Ms. Groff trains, supports and guides the two ECHS campuses in using 21st century tools for student success. These two early college high schools are the first to implement a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) experience. A flipped classroom/blended learning are a focus for instruction. Educational objectives are achieved more efficiently using 21st century technology tools, including Canvas, a learning management system (LMS) which provides learning 24/7 for students. The early college high schools are also a Google Apps for Education and Microsoft in Education partners. Data analysis in conjunction with technology is used as a foundation to help drive instruction on the campus. Ms. Groff oversees and implements all areas of technology and is well versed in each.
